We only offer returns on items that are damaged or mislabeled. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. Please kindly email us at support@risingadultsacademy.org to request a refund due to damaged or mislabeled items.

We do not offer returns for buyer’s remorse or wrongly ordered sizes. Please refer to the sizing chart on the product pages to choose an appropriate size before purchasing.

Digital Products:

 

We only offer returns on courses that have not been accessed within 30 days. In other words, if you have not started the course(s) within 30 days of the initial purchase date, you can receive a full refund. There are no returns on planners/journals, e-books, or workbooks.
